About Us

Our office is located at 21 East Main Street in what was once Solof's Feed and Hardware Store. Ned and his wife Christina renovated that building as well as the two adjacent buildings between 1986 and 1995.

The practice expanded in 1998 when Dean R. Marcolongo joined the firm. Nathan and Dean worked together for nineteen years until Dean was elected Surrogate of Cape May County in November 2017 and was appointed Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic & Cape May Counties in December 2022.

Along with a dedicated support staff, Nathan Van Embden continues to offer diligent and personal service to his clients in Cumberland, Cape May, Atlantic, Salem, Gloucester, and Camden Counties.
